The home screen of the application lists the flights you are tracking. The screen lists current and previous flights that are added manually or synced through TripIt.

The settings screen lets you configure your TripIt account. Once done, you can start forwarding your flight confirmation emails to plans@tripit.com for them to appear in the app.

Once a flight is selected, the flight details screen provides detailed information about flight details & cancellations. This screen also displays Terminal, Gate & Baggage information along with Aircraft type and Airtime for the flight. The email option lets you email all these details. 

The detailed screen information window can be hidden revealing the underlying flight map. Flight maps are provided by FlightView while the data for the application is provided by FlightStats.

When you click on the Airport name in the flight details page, it reveals Departure & Arrival Delay info including Weather forecast information for selected airport for the next 10 days. These details are currently available for US Airports.

Hiding the Departure & Arrival delays information reveals zoomable map of the airport. To display these maps, you need not use iPhone 3.0 software. Airport maps are available for all airports worldwide.

For flights downloaded from TripIt, additional information like Booking Info, Passenger Info & Notes is also displayed if this information is available in TripIt.

Clicking on the top bar in flight details page moves you to the Airline information page. This page displays contact number, Website, Rewards page along with Wikipedia link. While this information is not available for all airlines, it is available for most of the airlines.
